Initial screenings are conducted on a scheduled basis. Only those applicants that qualify for certain positions are invited to take the assessment test battery. Other applications that do not fit any current openings are kept for future reference.
Applicants who failed during the screening process are advised to re-take the exam after a period of 6 months. Thus, if you would like to apply for other upcoming opportunities after this period, you are most welcome to do so.
The Recruitment Team gives updates through email, phone calls or SMS. Hence, you should constantly check and update the information you provided in the online account you created. You may also contact any of our Recruitment staff (email@example.com) to make a follow-up at least 1 week after the initial assessment.
A number of factors are considered in the recruitment process, such as the urgency of the vacant position and availability of both parties (applicant and the interviewer).
