1. What is the best way to apply?

For your convenience, we highly recommend that you apply online. However, walk-in applications are also accepted and given the same priority.

2. Do I automatically proceed to the Initial Assessment (Step 2) upon filing of application?

Initial screenings are conducted on a scheduled basis. Only those applicants that qualify for certain positions are invited to take the assessment test battery. Other applications that do not fit any current openings are kept for future reference.

3. What will happen to my application if I failed the exam and interview?

Applicants who failed during the screening process are advised to re-take the exam after a period of 6 months. Thus, if you would like to apply for other upcoming opportunities after this period, you are most welcome to do so.

4. How do I get updates regarding the status of my application?

The Recruitment team gives updates through email or phone calls. Hence, you should constantly check and update the information you provided. You may also contact any of our Recruitment Staff ( to make a follow-up at least 1 week after the initial assessment.

5. How long is the usual application process?

A number of factors are considered in the recruitment process, such as the urgency of the vacant position and availability of both parties (applicant and the interviewer). Given this, we do not guarantee a specific timeline for the whole application process. Please be assured that your application will still undergo utmost attention and proper monitoring.
